The Alzheimer's Association, Greater Pennsylvania Chapter is the leading organization addressing issues related to Alzheimer’s in 59 of Pennsylvania’s 67 counties.  Within this area there are an estimated 250,000 individuals with Alzheimer’s or a related dementia.  Our chapter provides a comprehensive range of essential programs and services to Pennsylvanians with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias and their caregivers.

HELPLINE
 A toll free confidential service available to caregivers and others 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; trained professionals provide assistance, access to Chapter information and programs, and someone to listen.


Web Site
A resource available to anyone providing details concerning Chapter services, event and program schedules, support group calendars, and educational information.


SUPPORT GROUP
A primary resource for training, information sharing and emotional support.


Family Services
A program which helps families connect with resources in their community, and deal with family conflicts or crisis situations.



Medic Alert + SAFE RETURN
A national program designed to locate persons with dementia who have wandered and reunite them with their caregivers.



Community Education Programs
Presentations are available for businesses, civic groups, churches, community centers and health fairs to expand the public’s knowledge about Alzheimer’s and chapter services.
