Blair County Community Services Agency is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping working families in times of need. Our goal is to help working families meet their basic needs, due to an unforeseen hardship such as job loss or dislocation, by assisting them in identifying the appropriate agency, organization or funding tool to meet those specific needs, while encouraging and promoting self-sufficiency.  As an advocate for working families we strive to help build broad and diverse coalitions to promote and protect dignity and justice for all workers by empowering them and those who represent them to make their communities better, more responsive places to live, work, raise a family and retire.
