The C.P.L.A. is an association of landlords helping landlords. The help that is provided is information on leases, legal questions, legislation issues and monthly meetings. The meetings are held the third Thursday of each month at the Altoona Mirror Building at 7:30 PM. There is an annual membership fee.

Provides a wide range of specialized services and activities which benefits rental housing owners. Address the needs, interests, and issues on a continuing basis and promotes high professional standards and sound business methods in the best interests of rental housing.

Eligibility: Landlords of rentals.
