A non-profit home health agency of UPMC/LEE REGIONAL HEALTH SYSTEM. The Agency was originated in 1942. Our offices serve twelve counties: Blair, Huntingdon, Centre, Cambria, Bedford, Somerset, Indiana, Clearfield, Armstrong, Westmoreland, Fulton, and Fayette Counties. Community Nursing Service is a Medicare certified agency and is accredited by JCAHO.

COMMUNITY NURSING SERVICE

Community Nursing Service provides in-home care from skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical social services, home care aides, nutrition counseling, maternal/child, psych/mental health nursing, home IV therapy and rehabilitation nursing.
