Agency Type: Support group The Central Pennsylvania Laryngectomy Club is under the auspices of the International Association of Laryngectomies and locally sponsored by the Blair County Unit of the American Cancer Society. PROGRAMS: LARYNGECTOMY CLUB: The Laryngectomy Club serves as the support group for persons who have had a laryngectomy as well as for spouses and family members. The Club also meets educational and social needs, as well as providing counseling for newly laryngectomized individuals. Visitors are certified by the American Cancer Society. Eligibility: Persons who have had a laryngectomy and their families.
