PROGRAMS: NATIONAL CENTER FOR MISSING & EXPLOITED CHILDREN Established to initiate a nationwide effort to control the epidemic of missing and exploited children and to provide direct assistance in handling cases of sexual exploitation, child pornography, and child prostitution. The center is a non-profit corporation chartered for the purpose of operating a national resource and technical center to deal with child abduction and exploitation issues.
