Agency Type: Public Federal agency to administer the Railroad Retirement Act and Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act; Assist in the administration of the Social Security Act with regard to railroad employees and the Internal Revenue Code with regard to railroad retirement, unemployment and sickness benefits.
